Daft Cook Chronicles: Sukiyaki Tip
When preparing sukiyaki, no need to carmelize the onions; it’ll completely dissolve and become mushy. Simply add the onions to the stock and let it cook and simmer with the beef, it’ll retain a firmer texture without the bite of raw onions. If you do decide that you need carmelized onions, don’t add them to the stock, instead add them on top of the beef when serving.

Guys, if y’all know me, you know I’m not a big fan of America. Yes, we’re trying, and I think that’s gonna be our eternal struggle of wanting to be what we really aren’t. Bottom line is we do have a voice, and I think we should all vote because there are a lot of issues that are truly gonna change the landscape of California and America. IMO, CA needs a majority...
